MARK R. REUSSOW
#114 BROTHER EROS

My name is Mark Robert Reussow, I was born June 10, 1988 at 7:02 P.M. at the Rochester Memorial Hospital . I was not alone however but with a twin sister. My sister and I have been together throughout the last 18 years. When we left for college we both went to different schools and I no longer had that little part of family everywhere I went. I was raised by my parents David and Pamela along with sisters Julie, my twin and older sister Rachel. My sisters have always had an important roll in my life keeping me out of trouble. I hated how they were so over protective but it was for the better. I believe I would not be where I am today with out their presence during school. During high school I was active in playing soccer, baseball and skiing. My all time favorite sport was skiing. I competed through high school and placed many times. My favorite type of race was Giant Slalom. Not only sports was important but all through high school I was that kid that liked to cook I always wanted to be a chef and thought It would be easy work. I am going to school for Culinary Arts and will be graduating with that degree in the spring and will then transfer to the business side of school and obtain a degree in Business Marketing or Advertising.
One thing that will last with me forever was when my friend from school died the day after graduation. He drank too much and had a heart attack. To this day I am very concerned with everyone that drinks too much and will be that guy to help prevent people from going over their limits. I am a strong individual with a lot of character and I strive to be the most respectful man that I can and not only to women but anyone who walks behind me. I would say I am a leader and not a follower and will apply everything that I have learned while being an Eagle Scout.
At first I never really liked the idea of fraternities and I would never have taken a look at Tau Epsilon Phi if it wasn’t for my Pledge Brother Ryan Heitz. He told me great things about this fraternity and how they are currently the Fraternity of The Year and Highest Fraternity GPA so I took a look and that night I knew I wanted to be a part of their brotherhood. Throughout the last few weeks I have learned more about myself than I thought was possible. I am now more confident and stronger mentally as well. Without Ryan Heitz I would have never been apart of something so great, close, and successful as Tau Epsilon Phi.

RYAN HEITZ
#115 BROTHER ATLAS

My name is Ryan Heitz and I was born on August 31, 1988 in Lansdale , PA. I live my life in a very unique family with my mother, father, two brothers by blood, and three adopted brothers. My family is really important to me, and I am very close to all of them, no matter what happens.
I have always been active in extreme sports including skating, snowboarding, BMX, and surfing. I had also wrestled for about 8 years before getting into mixed martial arts. Surfing is my favorite activity, and even after a bad accident, I have had no thoughts of quitting. I have never really quit anything in my life, and I know I never will.
During high school, I attended North Montco Technical Career Center for four years in the field of culinary arts. I was always active in school as President of Skills USA, as well as Vice President of National Technical Honor Society. Upon graduation, I was appointed to give a speech as I graduated top of the class with a 4.0 GPA. I strive for the same in college, but I do not want to be viewed as "the smart kid," because I prefer to be just like everyone else.
In September of 2006, I began at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte , NC , where I was active as treasurer of the Ice Chippers Club and a member of the Special Events Team. Unfortunately, there was an absence of Greek Life in Charlotte , so I moved to Providence , RI to begin the path to brotherhood in Tau Epsilon Phi.
I am excited to join a national organization that will enhance my life, as well as the lives of many others. Tau Epsilon Phi is the greatest organization that I have seen by far, and I look forward to bringing much more to the fraternity. I will offer my knowledge, leadership, networking, and friendship, among many others, and I would like to benefit the organization in every way possible. I look forward to the chance at a very lucrative and rewarding future as a brother of Tau Epsilon Phi.

RAYMOND J. MARCI
#116 BROTHER NO MERCY

My name is Raymond J. Marci and I am from Farmington , Connecticut were I was born and raised in this little town by my parents Paul and Rose Ann Marci whom I love and care about so much. I did karate and kickboxing for 12 years of my life. Hopefully I will go back someday and continue my training. I played baseball from the age of 6 till the age of 14 where I than started to participate in football, wrestling, and lacrosse. I played varsity football for three years. I may have been the small guy but I stuck it out and kept getting better and better. I wrestled for 4 years in high school. All 4 years I wrestled varsity and once held the all time win record at 114 wins in my career with only 26 losses. My best friend recently beat it by 6 at the end of his senior year. I love sports and I can’t get away from it. I hope to graduate in 2010 with a degree in Sports Entertainment and Event Management.
I feel that I will bring a lot to TEP. I feel that I will bring liveliness, I will be an active and self driven brother, and just a guy who wants to be a leader and be successful at everything I do. I like to look at the good side of things and still laugh even when things are at the lowest of all lows. I am not a quitter! I have gone through with everything I have been involved with. Yes, I may not have done good at the task but I would stick it out and be humble about my defeat. Humility is a key characteristic. Why dwell upon your failures or your mistakes? Look at those mistakes and learn from them. When I was captain of the wrestling team for 2 years, I learned a great deal about being a leader. No matter what type of day your team is having, you always need to be positive and motivational. I feel I can bring all of these qualities to TEP and continue to make the OMEGA ALPHA chapter better and better.
