I like to consider myself a friendly person. I will always try to make the best of a situation and have fun no matter what I am doing. My family means a lot to me. Though my relationship with my father is non-existent, I have the absolute best brother, mother and step-father anyone could ask for. My biggest passion in life is hockey, I have played all my life and won’t ever stop until the day I die.
IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME:
If I could go back in time, I would go back to when my grandfather was healthy and spend every day playing hockey on the pond with him. He is my role model and I wish I had more time to spend with him. Other than that I wouldn’t change much because my experiences in life have made me the man I am today.
THREE PEOPLE I WOULD LIKE TO MEET:
Bobby Orr because he is the greatest Bruin player of all time, Jarome Iginla because he is my favorite hockey player and Patrick Roy because he is the best Goalie of all time.
MY FUTURE PLANS ARE:
25 years from now I see myself as a proud father of 2 kids, happily married and the owner of a successful hockey shop in Fall River.
WHY I WANT TO BE A BROTHER OF TAU EPSILON PHI FRATERNITY:
When I first came to school I never once thought about joining Greek Life but after hanging out with a lot of the Brothers from Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity I realized the bond they shared. No matter who was around I always felt welcome with any of the brothers in this fraternity and that really gained my interest. I also truly believe in Friendship, Chivalry and Service; the three ideals that are the basis of this fraternity. I believe that by joining I will become a better man and will gain brotherhood that will last forever and that is why I want to be a Brother of Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity.

I want people to know I am a very sociable person with a great personality. My parents have raised me to understand the value of a dollar bill. I am half Greek and being Greek has been an important value of mine and I will carry those traditions on for the rest of my life.
IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME:
I wish I could have prevented myself from tearing my ACL tendon in my left knee. It was the most crucial pain I have ever felt and it caused me to miss my senior year of football in high school. I will always remember the last play I ever played on a high school football team. Although tearing my ACL has taught me to move on from certain things in life it has also taught me the importance of recovery and dealing with something that will bother me for the rest of my life.
THREE PEOPLE I WOULD LIKE TO MEET:
The first person I would like to meet was my great grandfather Alexander. The second person would be the rapper Birdman because I would like to go his mansion in Miami and kick it with him for a day. Lastly I would like to meet the astonishing Crocodile Hunter “Steve Irwin” before he sadly passed away.
MY FUTURE PLANS ARE:
Around 10 years from now I would like to be a proud father of a large family. I would also like to be the manager of my own Hotel/Restaurant Resort.
WHY I WANT TO BE A BROTHER OF TAU EPSILON PHI FRATERNITY:
My grandparents, father and brother were involved in Greek Life and I would like to carry on the legacy of the Simon family. I also want to make life-long relationships with real friends that will always be there for me and do anything for me.

I believe that everyone makes mistakes. Regardless of the situation, you have to move on from these events and learn from them. I am also very dedicated to my family and friends and will do anything for them.
IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME:
I would have stressed from an earlier point in my life the importance of a hard work ethic. I believe doing so could have helped to open even more doors for myself. I also wish I would have stepped outside of my comfort zone to join different activities and opportunities.
THREE PEOPLE I WOULD LIKE TO MEET:
I would love to meet Ferran Adria. Not only is he one of the best chefs in the world, he is also one of the innovators and leaders in the modernist cuisine movement. Another person I wish I could have met is J.D. Salinger, I would love to know about his other unreleased works and see his different insight on the world. Finally I would have loved to meet Pope John Paul II, he had such a positive impact on the world and would be incredibly interesting to speak with.
MY FUTURE PLANS ARE:
I plan on opening my own restaurant by the age of 30 if not earlier. I hope to start a family a couple years following that.
WHY I WANT TO BE A BROTHER OF TAU EPSILON PHI FRATERNITY:
I respect the ideals and beliefs that these brothers hold dear to them and want to be surrounded by likeminded people. I also admire the strong brotherhood and dedication the Brothers’ share.
